Order Payment Rules

  • All orders must be fully paid before processing and shipment.
  • Please complete payment within 24 hours after order placement; unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled to release inventory.
  • All product prices displayed on the website are final prices (taxes and shipping fees are calculated separately if applicable).

Payment Failure & Duplicate Payment

If your payment fails, please check your network status, account balance, or card limit, then try again. In case of accidental duplicate payment, our system will automatically identify and refund the duplicate amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund Payment Rules

All refunds will be returned to the original payment account used for the order. The refund arrival time depends on the processing speed of your payment platform and bank, generally 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for any bank handling fees incurred during fund transfer.

Fraud Prevention
